Our training program is comprehensive and ensures that you have access to the tools that will prove essential for success in your location. We’ll prepare you for ownership by showing you the inner workings of our business model.
You will begin your journey as a Venture X franchisee with one week of in-house training at our headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida. Here, you’ll learn from our experts in a classroom setting. We’ll cover topics like managing your schedule, recruiting and signing new clients, marketing tips, and so forth. You’ll also spend some time in a fully-functioning Venture X location so you can see for yourself how what you’ve learned is applied in real life!
After you complete your initial one week of intensive training in Florida, you’ll return to your location to prepare for your opening. A corporate representative will then come to your location, providing further onsite coworking franchise training support through community development, operations and marketing set ups. We want our franchisees to be able to implement everything they’ve learned, so our expert will work with you and your team to ensure your business is running efficiently.
The coworking franchise training and support doesn’t end there. Even after you complete your initial training, you will have access to training videos, live webinars and an in-depth franchise operations manual, based on tried and true practices.
