Together, we’re shaping the future of coworking.

Like other evolving industries, Venture X Office franchisees simply provide the modern workspace and provide private memberships for purchase. Our members are given access to open areas or private offices, whichever they prefer.

Frequently asked questions.

There are many great reasons to choose Venture X, but one of the most compelling is that our business model has already proven itself effective. Since 2012, we have opened 75+ locations in 7 countries, with more opening their doors all the time.

On one end of the spectrum are conventional office buildings with expensive leases, fluorescent lighting, and drab cubicles. On the other end are play-while-working coworking facilities with amenities like indoor putting greens, beer on tap, and other features that can be distracting to the dedicated professional.

Our facilities have to be seen to be believed, designed by world-renowned architects and furnished with the latest high-end amenities. Venture X provides a comfortable and accessible environment offering private offices, virtual offices, and flexible event space to anyone who’s looking for a premium place to work.

Starting any new business requires a significant investment, but a review of our investment page demonstrates that a Venture X franchise requires a significant amount of capital. We don’t just want our franchisees to start any coworking space, we want them to open a facility that gives them the best shot at success. At Venture X, we believe in doing things right the first time, and that sometimes requires a greater investment on the part of our franchisees. Depending on your path, the total estimated investment ranges from $337,430 (conversion) to $4,296,665 (new location), based on a 20,000 sq ft space per our May 27, 2026 FDD. Contact us for the full breakdown.

Yes! Venture X franchisees who opt to purchase more than one location will enjoy significant discounts on their franchise fee. If you’ve been researching how to start a shared office space franchise, purchasing multiple units is a great way to maximize your investment. Our team has plenty of experience getting multiple locations up and running simultaneously, so we can make the process as smooth as possible for franchisees. Alternatively, other franchisees leverage the growth of a single location into the purchase of a second or third. However you decide to go about it, Venture X is there to help you expand your holdings in the coworking space industry.

New business owners spend inestimable time and money establishing the most efficient business model they can. Venture X gives franchisees the resources to hit the ground running.

The exact investment will vary depending on factors like size and location. In total, many of our franchisees spend between $330k and $4.3 million before any real estate concessions or financing options on their coworking space franchise.
