Here, we’ll get to know Joshua Shronce, the community manager at our West Palm Beach location. The enthusiasm he brings to our workspace every day is a major benefit to the professional clientele he works with.
WHY COWORKING?Joshua, an experienced entrepreneur, understood from the start how Venture X improves professional communities. Having worked at other businesses in the industry, he understood that our brand differentiators really helped us to stand out from the competition. “I was impressed by how fast the company was growing, how quickly ideas are put into action, and how well everyone seemed to get along. Originally I was interested in a position in my home market in Texas, but when the opportunity arose to be the Community Manager in West Palm Beach, I had to jump at the opportunity.”
WHAT DOES HIS DAY LOOK LIKE?Virtually no two days are alike for Joshua. Our community managers wear many hats, and a few of Joshua’s responsibilities include:
- Networking and meeting community leaders, business owners, and prospects.
- Giving tours
- Curating the community
- Helping with technical issues
- Making introductions to existing and future members to help foster a spirit of collaboration and growth
- Filling the calendar with relevant business and networking events here at Venture X.
