Where Did Venture X Get Its Start?

David Diamond and his son, Brett, launched Venture X in Naples, Florida, in 2012. When the team created Venture X, they designed a business model that could be duplicated and expanded to other cities. With the success of the Naples Venture X location, the father-son team ruminated on how to expand nationally.

Ray Titus, CEO of United Franchise Group (UFG), approached David and Brett with the idea of a partnership. Additionally, we partnered with JLL, a commercial real estate firm, to break into the fast-growing Dallas-Fort Worth market. JLL helped us thoroughly survey the market for the best location for Venture X.

The goal of our world-class training and support is to help prepare our franchisees to effectively run their new Venture X location. Initial training for franchisees includes one week of in-house training at our headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this comprehensive training, you’ll learn from our experts in a classroom setting where we’ll cover topics such as managing your schedule, recruiting and signing new clients, employing marketing tips, and more. You’ll also get to spend some time in a fully operational Venture X location so you can see how the business works in real life.

Once initial training is complete, we’ll get started with start-up support. During this time, a corporate representative will visit your location and provide further on-site training support in community development, operations, and marketing setups.

We’re there for you every step of the way to ensure your business is running efficiently. Our ongoing support includes access to training videos, live webinars, and an in-depth franchise operations manual. The UFG Ecosystem provides you with vendors in your area to help with some of your day-to-day challenges, such as marketing collateral, signage, etc. Our franchisees work collaboratively, and are able to help share knowledge from one location to another, to constantly help the entire platform continually improve. Venture X knows that without the communities we’re a part of, there wouldn’t be a need for our coworking spaces. That’s why we take the time to give back to the communities that we serve.

We’re proud to be a part of UFG Cares, where we give back not only financially but participate actively in our local communities as well. We’re also involved in Place of Hope, a faith-based, state-licensed organization that offers housing and support services to children, youth, and families in need.
