Back in 2008, when I first started looking for office space for my new startup, the process was insanely difficult. You could either lease or sublease.

I’ve been blown away with how flexible the month-to-month terms are at these coworking office spaces. While office space is still a huge expense, at least lease duration and office size issues are no longer huge barriers to entry for cash-strapped entrepreneurs.
